What is Re-birth?

In the current times that we are living, you may have noticed a shift in consciousness in the planet. We are aware of this shift, as it permeates every ounce of our lives, especially with the people that we encounter and meet along the way. People are searching for more, reaching higher and demanding a healthier, better and happier life. These are exciting times to be alive on this planet, as we are challenged by so much, and are growing so quickly.

I believe spiritual awakening a process of divine timing which is different for everyone. Introducing rebirth, or even walking them through phases of it without the organic process in which they get there themselves, seems unnatural to me. I have guided people through this process, but they have already come to me after much of the labor is underway, and the ego death is immanent. I would never dream of introducing someone to the awakening process unless they are already in process. I simply am a guide.

But, how do you know you are going through Re-birth?

You may think you are suffering from high anxiety, or manic mood disorders. There are multiple  things you may think you are going through, and multiple ways for me to know if you are going through those things are a Spiritual Awakening. There are specific signs that one experiences when you are going through the ‘labor pains’. Where you are ready to surrender, you give up, and you are afraid. This has nothing to do with success. This has nothing to do with education, religion or your cultural background. This is an awakening of your higher consciousness (self) , and freedom.

When this process is complete the results are a tantalizing experience in being alive, true authentic love of yourself and others, gratification beyond understanding, peace that encompasses yourself and others around you, imagination, creativity and abundance in all areas of your life. The release and surrender in your body, mind and emotions. A sense of freedom overwhelms you, ordinary things become extraordinary. The world occurs differently, full of possibility. Your view of life and others transforms, and true happiness is immediate and fulfilling.

In this place your dreams become reality, and relationships move in the direction of your highest desire and good. Soul mates emerge and many cases Twin Flames connect. (In this space my Twin Flame found me.)

This is reality. This is the true reality in which your Higher Self knew was always possible. Your childlike innocence ALWAYS knew was available, and as an adult we forgot. Like one client eloquently put, “I forgot to love me”.

We wonder why we had to suffer so much, why so much pain? This was our agreement before we arrived on this planet. This was our journey, our ‘lessons’ where we had to experience as much as we could, go as far out on a limb as we could before we were ready to come back to ONE. To Center. To Total Alignment.

This is just a mini snap shot into this profound transformational spiritual awakening. Millions of people around the world are experiencing this process now as we speak. I have multiple clients coming to me weekly, and now daily requesting guidence in this process.

Usually they start the conversation with “I am fed up’, ‘I can’t take it anymore’, ‘I give up’, and ‘I can’t keep going on this way’. This is music to my ears. This is when the transition begins. The fear and panic, combined with resignation and disgust over one’s self or life is the fuel which will juice your desire for true surrender to your Higher Self. If this sounds too sci fi for you, come back when your resources are depleted and you will try anything. I am usually the last stop.

When all other ‘traditional’ courses have been taken, and western medicine, and therapy has failed to impact you at the core-this is when I am called. There are many of us that are working in this arena. Just as there are many Reiki healers, acupuncturist, massage healers, etc…there are people who are focused on the re-birth process. Many of us are called ‘Transformational Life Coaches’ and are aiding in the re-birth and re-invention process.

This is my specialty.

I am honored to be apart of this process in your life. Ironically, I have five children and helped midwife 5 babies. The process is very similar to labor and birth. Death of the ego sounds intimidating and daunting, but I will show you how to embrace this inevitable phenomenon. You are already in process, I simply guide you. There is no religion involved, nothing to have to learn. This is a process that is organic and natural. If you are reading this and are freaking out but it sounds like something out of Star Wars, then you are not close to this transition in your life, and it is perfectly ok not to believe any of it.
