Today is a new day. Cover yourself in light right now. Look for what is good in yourself an others. Pray for Abundance and health in those you love. Create a path of light wherever you go. Love is your answer. Love is who you are. Be true to yourself. Create your ceremony today to honor and release 2011, and prepare for 2012. You are a perfect being of divine light. Your existence is your manifestation. Know yourself. Be kind to yourself. This is the beginning of a life unknown, 2012 will be ecstatic. Ring in the joy and fun. Do not focus on the gloom. Your reward is happiness. You deserve pleasure. Your heart is meant to be felt, so feel with it. Drink the sun, play in the water. Go back to innocence. Abundance is your Divine birthright. Doubt is your enemy. Pain is your teacher. Breathe through your belly. Sing to the trees. Speak your truth. Honor yourself and others. Forgive. Allow. Accept. Begin anew. Follow the stars. Dream with others.
If you look around, you will see there are people either ‘stuck’, or becoming ‘free’ or people who have released completely and are ‘flying high’. Which one are you? There are various stages of human evolution. First you have to acknowledge that you are stuck, you cant move, you feel like your life is going nowhere and you essentially feel dead (or want to die). Then, there is the ‘spark’, where you begin to see, feel, sense there is something more than what is in front of you. This is you starting to ‘see the light’. In this stage you acknowledge things have to change.
You want something more, and you feel the need to express, release yourself from the ‘stone’. In this stage it is crucial you reach out for support and help from the guides, coaches, and spiritual teachers around you who know how to show you and help you uncover your true Self.
You then start to release patterns of old behavior and dangerous habits, thoughts and destructive addictions, and see what you are attracting in your life. This is where you start to ‘clean house’. Body-what you are putting into your body, Mind-what you are thinking about, your daily mantra’s, and how you speak to yourself and others. Spirit-releasing your expression and love for yourself again, allowing your Light to shine, getting reacquainted with your inner child, healing begins.
Once you start to move through these phases, it becomes faster and easier. Your life essentially changes over night. Life looks differently, you feel empowered, you attract more abundance, happier relationship and love surrounds you. destructive patterns are dead. In this stage you begin to create. Your true purpose is revealed. Are you an artist? Musician? Psychic? healer? Teacher? Communicator? Alchemist?
You create the world and life you want. You help others that want/need to be helped-and you face the future joyously. You are essentially Set Free and now evolution has taken place. welcome to your new life. We are now entering a time in history, where it is hip to love yourself and find yourself as beautiful creation. Long gone are the days that you couldn’t pay yourself a compliment or see your qualities with love and admiration. Maybe some parts of the world are leading this revolutionary way of living, like some beach cities in the US, So. California for sure. See yourself as worthy and with love before anyone else does. People are starting to recognize that it is unhealthy for your body, mind and spirit to not love and admire yourself. We are starting to realize that we have to create ourselves first how we want to be seen.
Make a collage, a poster of how you want to see yourself, and then start to believe it. Your ‘feeling’ that way will catch up eventually. Do not wait for anyone to make you or show you the beauty you are. Do not be ashamed and think that is prideful to be in love with yourself. Be bold and bright, shine your colors, be vibrant and understand where you came from. We all admire beautiful things, and if you find yourself beautiful from the inside out, you will see the beauty in others. So start creating the God/Goddess that you want to be, who says that you can’t?

Let me share with you first about who I am and my journey to this conversation with you right now.
My work.
I am a film producer of five independent feature films, an author, visual artist, president of an online marketing company, life coach and mother of five wonderful children, (ages 5 -19.) As an actress I’ve appeared in over 100 film and television shows. I have created a transformational holistic reality show that is currently being developed for a major television network and I am the great grand niece of Hollywood icon Hedda Hopper.
With all these successful and interesting aspects of my life, one might think I’ve lived a charmed life.
My path.
I am a survivor of physical, mental and emotional abuse from three marriages and I have recovered from alcoholism and poverty.
After growing up in a high crime area and fighting in self-defense through a street gang-ridden high school, I became a police officer in one of the most dangerous and highest crime rate sections of LA county. I drove an armored Brink’s truck and have been a tri-athlete. I was born in Hollywood and have moved over 20 times by the time I was 18 years old.
Needless to say…I have been to hell and back.
The Shift.
Throughout these times, I discovered and realized my own power and abilities to succeed in all aspects of being a human being and a woman. After spending 6 years studying transformational living through the study of Ontology and through the dynamic teachings of Esther and Jerry Hicks, I discovered the Law of Attraction and Abundance that gave me the clarity and insight into manifestation that has transformed my life forever.
Sometimes that is what it takes to fully understand the darkest turmoil in a persons life. I started life coaching four years ago casually as a ‘friend’ and when I saw the dramatic improvements in the people’s lives around me…I found my true path.
I work with and believe in the power of intention, the mind, self governed will-how and where you direct your focus.
Life Coaching is the air I breathe, and the passion behind everything I do. The goal is to help others attain personal freedom, peace, and healing at the core. I go deep to the source of your fears, frustrations, anxieties and blocks. Where most people are usually afraid to venture, this is where I go.
I am not a therapist. I do not listen to hours of your stories of traumas and dreams and then ask you to guide yourself through it. I do not take notes. I simply listen to HOW you speak. Who you are BEING while you speak. What WORDS you choose to use in the moment…and how you BREATHE. The path you have created for yourself is evident in your speaking. We will cover the human condition, feelings & emotions, choices and taking personal responsibility for your life; past, present and future. I will help you get to the source of your blocks rapidly, heal from pain, and past traumas and current stresses. Much ground is covered in a short period of time.
I have seen marked improvements in people’s personal and career life by taking a look at some areas that have been hidden from their view right away. We uncover the hidden gold and power we all possess and learn to use it to manifest our greatest desires in any area of your life. All the while, uncovering forgotten fear based choices and realizing your past projections into your future. We will closely work together to create systems of discipline in your day to day life that will increase your activity and results with velocity. We learn to use time wisely, allowing you to let go of old habits and stepping into a new paradigm where time is on your side and you create the life you want every moment of the day. It is pure magic.
I work well over the phone or by Skype. If you are in the Los Angeles area, we can meet in person occasionally. I work hourly and will work with you for unlimited amount of months.
I work with professionals, homemakers, and the everyday individual. Those suffering from mental illness are not turned away and we will create healing paths to peace through your condition. Life transitions are my specialty. The fear of change that overpowers us at times is a part of the human condition.I can help you let go of those fears forever. You will learn how to face your life with excitement and you will be in awe as miracles begin to manifest in your life.

My Rates.
$150 an hour or $2000 a month (this included tri-weekly phone coaching, texting support, email support and on call through major transitions and life changes). I work with Pay Pal (all forms of credit cards).
I welcome “Life or Death” situations, and if you are suffering from sever panic and anxiety. If you are suicidal, I will evaluate your situation and determine your best course of action, but be prepared to get emergency help.

Oriah, at first, was going to be critical of your approach, but there is a tremendous need for men and women to find themselves and be a blessing and success in life. Very true that women have been used, abused and so often taken for granted, but there are not multiple truths, and some so called “remedies” in life, are but a temporary thing, which lead people away from the truth instead of towards the truth, which is “salvation through Jesus Christ. Curious as to where you are on that one.
