I am in the process of putting together  a photo diary/video of my transformations. You see it in my face. You will see it in your face. From 6 years ago until today, I am constantly changing and evolving. I like to document it because of my fascination of this amazing human body we have and its ability to regenerate and heal. Fascinating to watch. When this video comes out it shows the highs and lows, not just the good shots. But, for now we have some thoughts…

I allow my body to purge. To cry. To release. Years of pent up, hidden pain. I rejoice in my body’s intelligence to immediately heal an source itself to a balanced state. If you listen to your body, it has much to say.

Fears I once had are replaced with wonder. How interesting we react and respond that way to that particular thing. I look for what fears I have left, my tired, exhausted ego cannot find one. In total surrender you just smile and say it never mattered anyway. : )

To the extent we judge another, we judge ourselves. To the extent we love another, we love ourselves. Sharing our light with each other is the basis of evolution.

I find at my age of 38, that I can start again. I introduce myself to myself everyday as I look in the mirror and see an ever evolving healing, growing expanding being. who is this person?

Clarity not only comes with vision, but also it must come with doing the work of cleaning out your thoughts, your pain, your toxic system, your body will then return to its enlightened state.

I realize there is not one particular way we are supposed to look, it is in our unfolding who we discover who we are and the face that matches those thoughts and frequency.

Age is a number that doesn’t exist. The more I peal of layers of negative stories, destructive patterns, and damaging behavior…I am discovering with awe the fairy-goddess-ageless-One hidden there.

Releasing into Divine Feminine. Sometimes it takes injury/health/illness to force us stubborn ones into surrender to flow, and to what IS.

Having fun with the camera. Feeling better, road to recovery…thank you to all the amazing healers I worked with: Dr. Doug Curtis, Terra Gold, Dr. Alex Pana, Rysia, and of course my love, Riz.

And finally. Not knowing who you are is a good thing. I don’t need the exhausting energy to try to keep projecting an ego to you of a person I think I am. I rather just BE.
